Accomodation
The Organizing committee of ICIT 2012 has arranged special room rates with the Hotels below. It will be wise to arrange your accommodation in your soonest convenience, no later than February 20, 2012. Both hotels will not guarantee the special rates after that date. You will be able to proceed with your booking by using the hotels’ online links to reserve your room directly with the hotels. We strongly recommend to book your room at one of the 2 options, according to your budget requirements, as both hotels are located on the same street and just a few metres away from each other. Other hotels could be found in the area of Vouliagmeni, but there is not a convenient means of transportation, other than taxi.

Cancellation policy:
- up to 21 days prior arrival: no cancellation fee
- 20-10 days prior arrival: one night cancellation fee
- 10-2 days prior arrival: 2 nights cancellation fee
- Last 48 hours: Total cost of expected room nights per cancelled room
