The Conference Organizing Committees welcome questions from prospective participants. Due to the large number of site visitors, it is difficult to personally answer every e-mail. Therefore, this FAQ page ("frequently asked questions") will be periodically updated with answers to questions. A1. There is a known problem in Internet Explorer when used with a non-Western character set. Please use another web browser, such as Firefox, and your problem should be solved.
A2. Final papers and initial submissions share the same format, as described in the Publication Requirements section.

A4. About 1.5% of authors have difficulty producing Xplore compliant PDFs. In most cases, the software being used does not embed ALL fonts (despite being directed to do so) – the submission system reports the error when the submission process fails. The problem is especially prevalent with many free converters. Solutions to these special cases are difficult to describe because there are so many products being used; we regret that we cannot solve every case. One suggestion is to contact a nearby colleague who was successful, and ask about their method and tools. It is a worthwhile investment of time to learn, since most IEEE publications require compliance.
