Technical papers accepted for the Conference will be published in the final technical program, and will be indexed in IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex, subject to final approval by the Conference Technical Committee and the Authors compliance with the following two (2) items:
1. Authors must pay registration fees no later than 31/12/2011 and are expected to attend the conference
to present the work.

Disclaimer: Final papers of authors who do not attend will be included in the Conference program and will be copyrighted by IEEE. However, such papers may not be indexed in either IEEE Xplore or EI Compendex. In addition, these papers cannot be re-published in the future without permission from IEEE.
2. Authors must adhere to the Conference written paper format.
English is the working language of the Conference. Papers are limited to six (6) US-letter sized pages.
Up to 2 additional pages can be accepted, but additional page fees must be paid at registration.
Templates for written papers are available in Word and LaTeX formats. Due to unavoidable differences between computer programs, authors may detect very slight differences between these templates. Papers following any of these templates, and conforming to IEEE PDF requirements, will be acceptable.
Papers must be converted to IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format. Information about proper PDF format is detailed in this document. The conference ID code for IEEE PDF eXpress service is "icit12x"
