On-line Registration and payment is preferred. Your registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system (SSL encrypted data transfer). All registrations will be handled by Ms. Stamatia Gika of MeetingPlanner.gr (the Conference’s management company).

For each accepted paper to be included in the Conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore, at least one author of each paper must register by 31th December 2011 (and present the paper(s) at the conference), at one of the following categories: IES Members, IEES Members and Non-IEEE Members.
Each registration fee covers up to 2 papers, up to 6 pages each. Each page after the 6th is charged €50,00 and should be purchased as an additional item. Each additional paper (after the second) is charged €282,00.
To be eligible for the early registration fee, payment of registration must be received by 31th December 2011. Registration payments after that date will be charged with the late registration fee.
IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration - visit http://www.ieee.org/join to join. IEEE members should provide their Member No (in the registration form) and be prepared to show their IEEE membership card at the conference registration desk.
Students must be prepared to show their student card or any document certifying their student status.
For visa purposes, the conference organization will issue at request official invitation letters, ONLY after your registration is completed and payment has been confirmed.
Registration by phone will not be accepted.
Participation of accompanying persons in the various social events of the Conference will be available at an extra cost.
