Ways of Registration

You may register either on line or by email (emailing a scanned registration form). Please e-mail us at icit2012@meetingplanner.gr, if neither way is feasible for you.

On-line Registration

On-line registration and payment is preferred. Your registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system (SSL encrypted data transfer). Use the on-line registration link, at the registration page. Notice that the first time you use the on-line system you must create a user account.

Registration by email

Registration by email is available for those who cannot register on-line. Please, download, fill in the registration form, found at the registration page, with your credit card or other payment information and email a scanned copy at icit2012@meetingplanner.gr.

Attention

  1. Each participant must register separately.
  2. Receipts will be given on site. No invoices will be sent in advance.
  3. 3. Upon receiving your complete registration application and respective payment, the registration desk will email you a confirmation letter, including your registration number. You must print this official confirmation letter and bring it with you to the on-site registration desk!

On-line registration will remain available until Sunday, March 12th 2012. Afterwards, registration will be possible only at the on-site registration desk.
