Panagiotis Kechagias (born June 20, 1995) is a researcher with a strong academic background in computer engineering and data science. He holds a Master's degree in Data-Driven Computing and Decision Making from the University of Patras, where he completed his thesis titled “Design and Development of a Parallel Clustering Algorithm on Top of Apache Spark.” He also earned a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the same institution.
Kechagias has a deep commitment to research, demonstrated by his numerous contributions to peer-reviewed conferences and journals. His research interests lie primarily in machine learning, distributed systems, and information retrieval, with a particular focus on developing and implementing algorithms for distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
