Mr. Vasilis Avgerinos

Vasilis Avgerinos received his degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras in 2022. He is currently pursuing a PhD in the Signal Theory and Communications Department at the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) in Barcelona. Passionate about artificial intelligence and machine learning, Vasilis focused his thesis on training graph neural networks to analyze and predict protein interactions. His current research interests lie in AI/ML techniques for cloud-to-edge resource orchestration in beyond 5G and 6G networks.
