On February 18, 2023 the Industrial Systems Institute participated in the 12th Energy Forum organized by weekly Symboulos, in a session related to Best Practices associated with Energy Efficiency.

The Institute Principal Research Dr Georgios Mylonas presented the trends towards the Factories of the Future and the holistic management of their energy sustainability in the context of the 4th industrial revolution. The EnerMan project deals with the issues of energy sustainability in the industrial sector utilizing break through technologies such as industrial Digital Twins to this end.
