On Monday, December 22, 2025, the Library of the Skoufas Association of Arta successfully hosted an event to present the actions and the comprehensive Action Plan for the city of Arta.During the event, the innovative actions implemented were presented to the members of the Local Stakeholder Group and the public. Special attention was given to the pilot application of the digital shadow of Arta, developed by the Industrial Systems Institute (IN.VI.S.). Participants had the opportunity to digitally explore the city and its significant monuments, experiencing a new, interactive form of cultural exploration.

Professor Chrysostomos Stylios, Director of IN.VI.S. and the scientific coordinator of the project, emphasized the importance of digital technologies in transforming small and medium-sized cities into modern, sustainable, and human-centered urban models. The active participation of representatives from local institutions and organizations highlighted the potential for collaboration and the connection between the local community and innovative digital practices.
