Mr. Aggelos Alexopoulos

Aggelos Alexopoulos received the Diploma degree in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2019. In 2021 he received the Master of Science in Automation Systems, with specialty in Robotics and Control Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. His master’s dissertation simulates the physics of a quadcopter UAV with a payload slung from the quadcopter by a cable. Moreover, it develops a control system for the UAV-payload model with higher rejection ability for wind gusts and other outside disturbances. His interests include Control Methodologies and 3D simulation for UAVs as well as Image Processing that employs Machine Learning algorithms . As a hobby, he built a self balancing inverted pendulum robot , and as part of a team he built a basic quadrotor drone from scratch.
