Periklis Theodoropoulos is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department at the University of Patras, Greece. He holds an M.Sc. in Information Processing Systems and Machine Intelligence (2020) from the same university, with a thesis on "Detection of the Lead Vehicle via Camera and LiDAR Sensor Fusion," and a B.Sc. in Physics (2018) specializing in Signal Processing, featuring a thesis on "Classification of 3D Objects using SVM." Periklis served as a Postgraduate Research Associate for two years in the Electrical Engineering Department at Yale University, focusing on risk-aware stochastic optimization and distributed machine learning. He has two peer-reviewed publications in ICASSP and EuSIPCO and is fluent in Greek with C2 proficiency in English.
