Ms. Panagiota Tsompou

Panagiota Tsompou received her B.Sc. in Physics in 2015 and her M.Sc. in Advanced Materials, specializing in Biomedical Technology and Biomaterials, from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Ioannina. Since 2024, she has been pursuing her PhD in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications. She has participated in numerous research projects and has authored 35 scientific publications in international journals and conferences, accumulating 261 citations according to Google Scholar. Her academic contributions include 20 publications and abstracts in international conference proceedings and 20 in national conferences. She has received several awards and distinctions, including the NSF Fellowship at the University of Houston and recognition from the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMB) in 2017
