GALATEA: Digital twin framework for Tailored infant nutrition

GALATEA proposes an innovative and integrated approach to the development of an innovative Digital Twin to predict and design the infant-specific milk, to meet the user-specific requirements, to make up for the lack of mother's milk and accompany the new-born through the various stages of growth. This ambitious project requires a multi-disciplinary consortium to tackle the complexity of the factors influencing the human milk composition and subsequent properties.
